Cincinnati Bengals (28/1 to win the AFC Championship) remain in the battle for an NFL play-off spot, after improving their record to 7-4 in the AFC North.
The Bengals were made to work hard but finally came out on top against their divisional rivals the Cleveland Browns, who sit bottom of the division with a 4-7 record.
Cedric Benson and Jermaine Gresham scored touchdowns in a second-half comeback, but it was a late field goal that ultimately sealed the victory.
A catch for a 51-yard reception from A.J. Green, setting up a field goal in the final minute which Mike Nugent kicked to secure a last-gasp win.
The Bengals, 2009 AFC North champions, closed the gap on divisional rivals Baltimore and Pittsburgh, who are currently 8-3.
Meanwhile, in the NFC, the Philadelphia Eagles suffered another major blow to their play-off hopes after suffering another defeat.
The Eagles, who started the season as one of the Super Bowl favourites, were beaten 38-20 by New England Patriots (9/2 to win Superbowl XLVI) with Tom Brady throwing for 361 yards.
