Sachin Tendulkar has decided not to play India’s January one-day games but will line-up against Sri Lanka in the final game in that series (India 4/6 to win on coupon).
India secured a series-clinching win over Sri Lanka in the fourth one-day international earlier this week, with centuries from Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli helping the side clinch a seven-wicket win.
The final game in the five-match series takes place on Sunday (Sri Lanka 11/10 to win on coupon) before India commences the International Triangular Series with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in January.
Tendulkar (14/1 to be top run scorer in final game on coupon) has decided to opt-out of the one-day series but will play the two Tests later in the month.
He has been replaced by Rohit Sharma in the 16-man squad for the series, while Yuvraj Singh, Sreesanth, Ashok Dinda and Amit Mishra were all added.
