Mark Selby (6/1 Masters outright) is looking to continue his success at the Masters when the prestigious competition gets underway on Sunday at Alexandra Palace.
The world number one has won the tournament on two previous occasions in 2008 and 2010, whilst also reaching the final of the event back in 2009.
Having been played at Wembley for the past 33 years, the invitational competition has been moved to Ally Pally and Selby is looking forward to taking on his fellow competitors who are all ranked in the top 16.
The Jester from Leicester: “Each player seems to excel at a different type of tournament and with me, it appears to have been at the Masters.
“The big crowds seem to bring out the best of me and I play my best snooker.
“I won the tournament there (Wembley) so I’m obviously going to say that but I’m always open for change and as long as I have a good tournament, I don’t mind where it’s played.”
Selby is currently preparing for his first game at the Masters when he takes on Stephen Lee on Wednesday (Selby 2/5, Lee 7/4 Match Betting).
