Chelsea new-boy Yossi Benayoun has revealed it was an easy decision to make the move to Stamford Bridge after ending his three-year stay at Liverpool (Chelsea 11/8f to win the Premier League title).

The Israeli playmaker secured a £5.5million move to the Blues earlier in the summer and Benayoun admits once he knew Chelsea were interested he didn’t want to move anywhere else.

“It is one of the greatest clubs in Europe and when I had the chance to come it is the first thing I wanted to do,” explained Benayoun.

“I had a few offers, but as soon as I had interest from Chelsea there was only one thing that would happen.”

Chelsea are the current favourites to lift the Premier League title after securing the trophy last season.  Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has been fairly quiet in the transfer market as yet but the Italian tactician is expected to add at least one marquee signing to his ranks, although it will not be long time target Fernando Torres who has recently outlined his desire to remain at Anfield (Torres 13/2 to be the Premier League’s top scorer).
