Mourinho admits Inter exit clause

7983979 Mourinho 300x199 Mourinho admits Inter exit clauseInter Milan boss Jose Mourinho (Inter 6/4 to beat Chelsea in the Champions League match coupon) has revealed he has a canellation clause in his San Siro contract amid growing speculation he is set for a return to England.

The former Chelsea boss won the title with the Italian giants last season  – and Inter are the favourites with Betfred to repeat that feat in 2010 -  but he has regularly admitted he would relish the chance to work again in the Premier League and has been linked heavily with Liverpool and Manchester City recently.

Mourinho, who was in charge at Stamford Bridge between 2004 and 2007, says he has an “objective” contract with Inter that enables him to be released should he want it.

Speaking to the Portuguese press about his future, he said: “The club [Inter] and I signed a very objective contract until 2012, because we want to work together.

“But there is a cancellation clause that Inter will pay me if they want my departure and another that I will pay Inter if I want to leave.
“It’s all simple and very objective. There will never be a never-ending story with us as has happened in the past with other people. We are honest people with honest contracts and objectivity.”
