Harry Redknapp has demanded his Tottenham players go for the jugular against title-chasers Manchester United next weekend in the race for a top-four Premier League finish (4/5 Tottenham – Top 4 Finish).

The two teams did each other a favour on Saturday when United beat fellow top-four chasers City – before in-form Tottenham delivered another twist in the title race by beating 10-man Chelsea (11/8 Man United – Premier League outright).

The 2-1 victory came off the back of an equally-impressive derby win against Arsenal in midweek.

The north Londoners now lead City in fourth spot by two points but they still have to go to Eastlands in the penultimate game of the season.

Redknapp wants his players to seize the moment and deliver on their potential to shake up the top order of English football.

He said: “It would be great for us, a nice thing to achieve. You get into the knockout phase [of the Champions League] and anything could happen. You could last two minutes as well, of course. But just to get fourth position would be a fantastic achievement.”
