Premiership newcomers West Bromwich Albion are reported to be looking at Cameroon star Pierre Webo to strengthen their squad ahead of their opening fixture at title holder’s Chelsea. (Chelsea 1/6, Draw 5/1, WBA 12/1)
Although Webo and his Indomitable Lions colleagues have hardly distinguished themselves in the World Cup finals, being the first team to be eliminated, Di Matteo is said to be willing to pay up to £2.5m for the player. He has had a solid La Liga career, scoring 36 goals in 200 appearances for Leganes, Osasuna and Mallorca.
The Cameroon team face the Netherlands in their final Group E game with the Dutch firm favourites to secure a win and go into the last 16 as undefeated group winners. (Holland 10/3, Draw 9/4, Cameroon 8/11)
