Carter up for French challenge

8053503 300x241 Carter up for French challengeFly-half Dan Carter wants New Zealand to end their season on a high note by beating rivals France in Marseille (All Blacks 8/11 for victory on Betfred rugby union coupon).

Both of the sides are unbeaten this autumn but the All Blacks have only got one try in each of the victories over England, Wales and Italy, but Carter reckons the French side (11/10 for victory on coupon) will be the toughest test for New Zealand.

The side are set to feature three changes from the victory over England, with Cory Jane,  Neemia Tialata and Jerome Kaino all due to return to the side, with New Zealand aiming to gain some form of revenge for the 27-22 defeat they suffered at the hands of France in June.

“Over the last couple of years, there’s been a great rivalry with the French and it’s always been an extremely tough challenge,” said Carter (20/1 to be first try scorer on match coupon).

“I saw this game against France as being the most difficult and challenging. And when you come up against those challenges you want to really lift yourself and play the best.”

France have named seven changes to their side who beat South Africa, with Sébastien Chabal included and Damien Traille (Chabal 33/1, Traille 16/1 for first try scorer on coupon) moved to full-back.
