Over the past couple of days I have not been in the mood to play poker, either online or at my local casino, mainly due to the fact my grandmother died last week and her funeral was yesterday. Obviously a death in the family is more important than bad beats at the virtual felt.
Whilst the day was sad it also gave me a fresh outlook on life, one that says life is simply too short to worry about the little things that really do not matter and too short not to have dreams and more importantly dreams that you are prepared to chase.
With that in mind I am going to make September a record breaking month in terms of volume played and profits won. I am hoping for around 1,000 tournaments which should see me have one of my best months ever. Here’s to the daily grind.
